February Crazies!

Hey Family! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MANDY !!! Missing all of you so much today. Had a great message from our bishop and stake presidents today at ward conf. and just really felt the spirit. I need to talk to all of you more. David called last week and I just loved it. I feel so disconnected from you all and that stinks. I miss Drew and keeping up with him, mom and dad I hate not having you around. I was thinking today about coming for women's conf. whenever that is...Beck? MOm? Denise? Anyone game? I loved coming a few years ago and really thought I would do it all the time. Why am I working my little fun jobs if not to go do some fun things! On the homefront Brian flew out to Brazil for a week, flew home on Friday the 13th and flew out Valentines morning at 5am to Hong Kong. So... I took the girls to the BYU game at TCU and we cheered the cougs to victory. I got Brian a navigational system for Christmas and it has remained unopened so I opened that baby up and the girls and I put it to use going to Fort Worth and had a blast with our new car companion "Cat" who knows where to go for everything! I couldnt get lost if I tried! Sweet.
Maddie just had her 11th B-day and we surprised her by making over the dining room into the Rock Star Cafe. Fun menu's and everything, blow up guitars and I even made an appearance in plaid pants, studded belt and leather jacket complete with bandana. (No peircings or tatoos) We had a great time and the girls loved surprising her. They ordered Fergie Fries and Jo Bro guitar pics. Cute girls. The next morning Maddie and I went to a special Dallas Mavericks parent/child basketball camp and got to see their famous locker rooms, sit in their seats, see their digs under the American Airline Center. Very Sweet. They even gave us gift bags, tickets to game and instructions on shooting and playing the game in their practice gym. Maddie's best friend Maddie came with with her dad and we had a blast. I am officially calling her birthday OVER.
On the down side, I got a flu shot and got the flu 4 weeks later. I remember how much I hate the flu now. Stinks bad! Thankfully it was contained only to me.
