Frankenstien Surgery

So I found a surgeon who has practically jumped at the chance to operate on me. Without even looking at my scans he has formulated a plan of action. It is as follows:
1. Remove my primary tumor
2. Reconstruct my vena cava
3. Remove my right kidney (because it's been compromised by the tumor) and attach it down lower
Some of his methods include:
1. Possible hypothermia surgery which cools the body to low temps during surgery.
2. Bypass surgery including stopping the heart and lungs so a machine can take over during the procedure.
3. Using a cryo-preserved vena cava from a cadaver.
He is regarded as one of the best surgeons in the state and even the nation when it comes to organ transplant. He even pioneered vena cava recontruction from organ harvest.
In doing some research I found some footage online of him performing a vena cava reconstruction, although it's hard to make out what exactly he's doing.

Very funny Drew! Did you get Dr. Belnap to recreate his surgery techniques for this footage? Mom
