Fences and Funny kids...

This month I came one Saturday morning from a baby shower to find James taking down our shabby eyesore of a fence (I'd long ago removed the ugly slats from our chain link and we'd put up a cloth that didn't work out so well) and putting up a new wooden fence. What a great suprise! He didn't have to go to work until evening all week so he would work on the fence in the morning completing it in just a few days. I tell you...it sure pays to marry a hard worker! We love our new fence and we feel just a slight less white trash...every so slight.

Here Clay and Claire are watching their everyday favorite DVD "Baby Signing Time." They ask for it by name. Their Sign Language has really improved by this repetition they demand. This was a funny catch in which Claire chose to wear her sunglasses for a good part of the morning around the house and both are enjoying a clump of grapes. These kids do keep me laughing.

Also this month two girls in the ward put on a "Diapers & Wipes" baby shower for me. It was so cute of them and turned out really great! Besides gifts of diapers and the neccessary wipes, friends could also choose to donate to the "quad stroller fund." Ward members were generous and I will soon be the proud owner of said stroller at a fraction of the cost! You didn't think they made one, did you? Well, go to Target.com and type in Quad Stoller. There is only one brand out there as well as only one color (blue). You will see what I will be sporting about for my morning walks (if all parties will cooperate with their mother).

Pregnancy update: hitting 34 weeks and dilated a fingertip! Hey, I'll take what I can get! Those aches and pains have started to set in although I am glad to report I am not sleeping in the rocking chair as I was last pregnancy at this time (James added another layer of foam to my side and it's working quite well). I'm planning to redo the whole nursery/kids room in the next couple of weeks so that will be a fun project. Love to you all!
