Well we are all over the place. Sandy and the boys - sans Logan, are in Liberty. Tanner finished up EFY with Cooper and had a great time by all accounts. We were really happy that those two could have some time together. We are conscious that our full time relationship with Darin can now be measured in terms of days - a thought which is scary, exciting, depressing and natural all at the same time.
Logan and I are bacheloring in Calgary. He is in football camp trying out for a QB position. They have four candidates and practices go every night in the usual football intensive style. We'll rejoin Sandy Aug. 1 and be whole again. It has been great to have extended 1-1 time though with Logs. Turns out he's a good guy.
Sandy got me onto the "Power of Now" by Tolle which has really resonated. Interesting read if you haven't seen it or "A New Earth". It is a melding of Christian and Eastern religious concepts made particularly applicable to a modern Westerner's psychology.
Other than a ridiculous July snow, its been nice here in Calgary averaging between 68 and 80 this month.
Love the postings Drew (if not that underlying reasons), thanks for sharing this.
Valentines Fun!
